Smokehouse Prime Rib
We take a whole prime rib and hand trim it 'til we arrive at the perfect selection then thoroughly rub the whole thing with fresh garlic, rosemary, cracked black pepper and kosher salt and slow smoke it for hours until perfectly tender. Served with horseradish and au-jus for dipping with your choice of one homemade side dish and warm fresh-baked cornbread. (Served Monday - Friday after 4pm and all day Saturday and Sunday)
