BBQ Bowls

Since Chipotle made it popular, bowls have been a staple of fast-casual food that has grown the most in the last decade. You see many variations of these bowls. You've got Poke bowls from popular restaurants like Hai Poke and Fusian. You've got rice bowls from the aforementioned Chipotle, Elia Athenian Grill, Condado's, and many many others.

When we decided to move to a more fast-casual model we wanted to make sure that we provided creative items that harkened back to BBQ traditions. So we didn't necessarily want to run to the most popular things and create a bowl with rice and BBQ. Instead, we took what grain we do best. Columbus's best Mac and Cheese!

Hoggy's Mac and Cheese is a staple of Columbus and the perfect base for a BBQ bowl. Our creamy baked Mac and Cheese is piled with our slow-smoked meats like Pork, Brisket, Pulled Chicken, Smoked Turkey, or Ribs (yes we pull the bone out for you). Then you can top it off with some of our sides like Baked Beans or Cole Slaw. Finally, add in our toppings that we pickle in house and choose your sauce. This isn't your average bowl, and it's so savory that you'll be craving another one!
