Smoked Salmon for lent!

For lent in years past we did an all you can eat fish fry. This was essentially because our companies culture lacked the identity that we do today. Our goal is to make really really good food using smoke and heat. So instead of just bringing you a special that is not so special, we decided to do a special Smoked Salmon.
