At Hoggy's we like to do things differently, combining BBQ traditions and popular (viral) menu items trending in U.S.A. culture. One of the most popular cultural food items is McDonald's' McRib'. A 'Rib' patty with pickles, and a bbq like sauce. Since we are a barbeque restaurant near you that specializes in real smoked meats (specifically Baby Back Ribs) we thought we could take it to the next level. That is why we have the Pig Rib.
